Hi there, do LE95s have a problem with converter seals leaking? And secondly what other ford 4sp. Trans fits with no trouble into a NA f/lane. Cheers

How bad is the leak?

Where the metal outer part of the seal joins the inner rubber lip, it can lift there, but it usually pours out.There is an o-ring between the pump body and the alloy stator shaft housing that goes flat & it will leak there as well. You can buy a pump leak kit aftermarket for around $20, It supplies you with all the o-rings, pump gasket, front seal, pump bush etc to fully reseal the pump.

The BTR 95LE is the V8 version that is fitted to EB - ED's. If yours is an NA, It will be an BTR 85LE.

Any 6cyl BTR from EA2 - AU will fit in with no problems, With the AU, You have to swap the bellhousings over & it will fit.
