hi i have a manual ea falcom direct injected 4 litre version i have a log style exhaust manifold made from t peices with a 90 degre bend on each end like the basic snort performance ones around what rpm wil my turbo start to boost its a old bush bearing turbo the wheels are the same size as a gt45 and the rear houshng is 1.22 any ruf ideas?

oops i meant the multi point injected ea sory its a old garett turbo we measured the wheels and they were the same size as gt45 cant remember the measurements the rear housing is 1.22 and it has bush bearings the front housing is huge thats all i know

its hard to tell since i dont know what turbo it is... but on a log manifold and a 35/40 (my old setup) its started to spool at around 2000-2200rpm. id say a turbo that big would be around 2700-3000+rpm

ive got a similar setup in my ed. the internals of the motor are standard. ive got a log style manifold with a older style gt42 with a progate 45mm gate with a 7 pound spring. ive got a snort plenum which bolts up to a ef lower part of the plenum. its got 96 lb injector before the butterfly that runs off a haltech f6 it makes 287rwkw it comes on boost around 2300.
