do u use a adjustable thermo fan switch if not get one and set it to come on at 80 celsuis

Another thing to look at is air in and out of your radiator - how well is it sealed to the metal around it? gaps will give you less efficient cooling, same goes for a shroud if you can fit one - Also, a small `spoiler' directly under the radiator can help air recycling under the rad - have a look at how VL commodes are set up, with two small spoilers, one under rad, one a bit in front of it - actually works quite well.
