Hello All,
 Can someone advise me on what to do for this problem. The idiot that owned the car before me - a salesperson,  obviously used his wipers to remove dust from his windshield. I have fine scratches in arcs just next to the interior rear vision mirror.Is there anyway in this wide word of magic creams and potions that will remove these as it annoys the hell out of me when the sun is in the right position. |

Yes, glass polishing is the go.
Do a Google search and see what you can come up with in your area.

narh man go get a tube of autosol, yes a metal polish
and polish the windscreen ( outside only ) with it ie do half at a time, then u can actually feel the difference in the glass goes hell smooth, may need to repeat it a few times but works well as metal polish is very very very fine. grab some new wiper blades after wards
