Hay to all, just a question. i own a 4l xg auto ute, i am in prosses of doing conversion to a t5, the t5 box bell housing and tail shaft i have are out a 88 xf 250x-flow.
I HAVE
drive plate(being machined)
clutch/pressure plate kit (new)
bell houseing changed to suit a 4L, selling 250x-flow t5 bell housing,
clutch cable(in car waiting 4 box)
peddle assemble(in car waiting 4 box)

OK to the point im here 4,
tail shaft will it suit to diff? if not is it ezy to make it suit?

you should be able to use the xg auto shaft in the t5..
as auto and manual shafts are the same..
and the t5 box from xf onwards has the same tailshaft splines..
