Hey guys

the light for airbags located in the cluster stays on ever since it has come back from panel beaters

where is the sensor for this light is there anything i can do to fix the problem or is this one for a auto electrics mob to take care of?

I think that may have to be reset by a dealer?

take it back to the panel beaters and tell them to fix it as they stuffed it. when you start the car does the airbag light flash? it should flash in a series, the number of flashes tell you the problem. eg, 2 flashes pause 4 flashes means problem number 24. i believe lukeyson has a rundown on what the numbers mean.

pull the trim off near each seat. The trim that sits parallel to the sill. It slides foreward. (apologise for crappy description???)

There are air bag connectors that go in to each fornt seat. Its a yellow connector with two wires. You have to slightly bend these wires to make sure they are contacting when plugged in.

This will fix 90% of aor bag lights on ba's.
