Hi all was just after some info, i am planing to buy an EF Fairmont Ghia (details in another thread) and use the interior to replace with my current XR interior.
Are the leather seats and the door trims a straight swap over or will they require modifications? Replies and thoughts would be muchly appreciated. Thanks Andrew

Seats are yes, bolt out, bolt in, but door trims require the appropriate looms. which require the appropriate body looms for the rear windows and courtesy light where applicable, being ef may not have them if so fronts are the same. but just a matter of changing them being you have a complete car, obvisously you need to add the power window reg to go with the looms
Also you need to add a couple of riv nuts to the doorshell to bolt up the armrest, have a look in the tech doc as it tells you where they got there's from.

So the rear seats fit as well? can they just be removed and placed in like the other ones?

the whole interior is a straight swap..as for everything working its up to you to wire it up or use the loom if its already there..
