Ive been looking into this exact thing lately n honestly cant find crap all out there that suits the 'lane shape/deisgn - will be a pretty big job i rekon.

I was speaking to a guy the other day at out local pizza shop n he has a blue fbt - done up with full audio visual setup n goodness knows what else, said it goes to car shows but im yet to see it.. if i find any pics of the boot install ill post em up asap.

good luck mate; cheers -

fairlane were curvy. A boot install would need to be curved fibre glass. A lot of work but would pay off in the end

Just do up a nice MDF box that curves around the back of the boot with the Amp in the middle and the two subs next to it, give it a bit of carpet (matching ofcourse).

Something like that alone would look sweet, cheaper than going fibreglass too! I know its not very discriptive but it would look good :)

Or get rid of you spare tyre and do a cool looking perspex boot cover housing your two subs and then stick the amps somewhere else.

Theres a couple of ideas.

Sounds like a good idea, i'd scrub the 2 subs and probably go for the 1 15" sub tho, but there's gotta be sum1 out there with pics or sumthin...
even if its not fairlane

In my nf2 a made an mdf box about 150mm deep that is the shape of the whole recessed floor of the boot, i have 2x10in subs in this sealed box, volume for each sub is 27ltrs. i have a gas tank to deal with so my 2 amps are bolted to a board that is on hinged arms covering the tank. sounds pretty dam good. loose most of the boot space though. can also be lifted out easy to get to spare wheel.
