Hi Guys

Im looking to change over my standard speakers to something a bit more bass beefy, I have a 2006 BF SR Sedan, i just want to confirm the speaker sizes, the front speakers in the door, are they 5x7 and the rear speakers on the parcel shelf are they 6x9?

Just want to confirm before i go buy the wrong size LOL, any suggestions on brand would also be appreciated.

Thanks guys

Cheers

Phil

All are 5 x 7.

Plus you may have tweeters in the A pillars.

You got any suggestions on good brands?

Cheers

Sorry to hijack this thread, but does this apply to BA's as well?

How deep are your pockets and how short are your arms is the real question.

I've seen and heard some nice setups with JBL stuff. One of the guys here has some awesome JBL speakers in the front if his ute, but they were $500 alone. Pretty much anything you buy will need amps to run them. Stock headunit will deliver about 25W RMS.

I've got JBL's in mine and I'm quite happy with them.

From my understanding, AU onwards is all 5 x 7. So definitely yes in a BA.

AU-BF are 5x7, but I believe they've changed back to a round speaker in the fg's
