Do not try slamming your car into reverse at 80kph lol
i done it, it did not turn out pretty my trans is now pissing oil all over the shot

quick question any one know whats involved in fitting a BTR 95 LE into a 3.9l six

money is not a problem

its not that hard if you have access to a hoist. if you don't have access to a hoist you might find it a bit harder. you could also pull the motor and gearbox out all in one, then you can do work on your motor as well if it need it.

thanks for the reply dude but im more looking for the technical side of the operation
mine is a six cyl

"Swap the planetary ring gear over to a BTR85 output shaft & extension housing ( The 95 V8 ones are longer than the 6cyl 85) Fit a steel C2 hub (The original is cast iron & is prone to break) New later design C1 & C2 clutch pistons, Update S5 damper valve & spring + fit an adjustable AU S5 solenoid & retaining bracket. Use the BTR 85 convertor & a 6cyl bellhousing."

i found this on some website but im looking for verification before i go out and buy a wrecking v8 fairmont ghia (i want the 3.23 diff aswell)
