im thinking about redoing my whole interior and putting in something like the ba - bf, is this hard to do, where could i get a full dash seats doors trims and the lot??

hard to do yes, would be the short answer.

any decent wreckers, or buy a wreck down the auctions, may be better solution, depending how much of it you want to fit up.

None of the BA/BF parts are even remotely a bolt in swap.

You will need to modify, fabricate and customise the dash, console, door trims and seat rails to fit. Then you have to work out how to get all the electrics to work.

It has been done, but it is a BIG job, with many hours research and vehicle down time to get it done.

If you can do it, go for it. Just be aware of how much of a task it is before you begin.

BenJ summed it up. Many people have done it but are still running the seats and alike, search fourl6 to see his build granted it is AU but none the less, or young smithy's attempt. Also there is a chap that had a yellowy green el wagon with ba dash..

Search the forums I am sure you will find something that you either won't to do or stay away from,

thanks for the info guys, im really keen on doing this mod, i understand that im going to have to research heaps, im sure if i go ahead i'll make a build thread to show my progress :)

yeah can you keep me updated on your progress as i too want to put a BA xr6 dash into my ef just dont know if its possible
