Ride: Black EB 5 Speed EL Front End

Location: Bundaberg
QLD, Australia

Me and My brother built this EB/EL 5 speed about 5 monthes ago and have been driving it around since June. It is an original EB2 GLI 5 speed with no smart lock and no speed limit. i am customizing the EL dash cluster to fit into the EB dash, then i have to do the wiring for the EL dash cluster. i was thinking about purchasing a BA-BF fibre glass bonnet bulge and moulding it to my bonnet. it is still running the standard EB computer with EL motor but soon im gonna get the J3 chip and tune it properly. The only current engine mods are sports exhaust, Better spark Plugs and leads, and the EL Intake Manifold.

Ride: EB1 Fairmont Ghia T5 Wagon

Location: Seven Hills, Sydney

Have a look at this old thread of mine, where I built an adaptor loom for the EF Fairmont Cluster to plug into my EB11 loom.

{DESCRIPTION}

It worked quite well, but you WILL need to use an EL ECU for the DATA line.

Cheers
BenJ
