I'm replacing my spark plugs and fuel filters, my knowledge does not go any further than checking if the box says Ford EL. I would appreciate being put on the right track. Cheers.

Well for spark plugs make sure you get some XR6 ones. For NGK theyre ZGR6B-11. I put these in my car after realising that someone had put standard plugs in. Made a difference in the lower rev range and on part throttle. The filters are all the same i think so as long as it fits.

Your air filter is an A491 and fuel filter is a Z373.
