The clear on the bonnet of my wifes car is starting to peel away and we've decided to get all the little dings and stuff fixed at the same time. Then I had this great idea of trying to find panels for the car instead. Sounds great, only problem is the colour is Mercury (that dark purple/silver colour).

Anyway, thought I might take a stab and see if anyone here has any of the parts we need.

Bonnet, front/rear bumper, rear pass door and both front guards.

I'll even consider a complete car for the right price.

Mate even if you do find the panels in the colour you want they will still be a different shade to the rest of the car. The paint used on your wifes car would be a different batch to the panels you find i bet, post up some pics of the damage on the panels and bars...

Paul, just paint. As previously said, the same colour may look different still.

Yeah I think its getting to that, just thought it was worth one last shot.
We're not going to keep this car for too much longer but it will certainly hurt its price if it is sold as is.
