Here she is, my 2000 series 1 au xl falcon ute, as soon as i turned 18 i went out and bought her for 8 grand pretty much bog stock.
Its my second car and is still pretty stock and might not be the neatest or prettiest car, but i love it to bits

Some info of mods.

Exterior:
19x8.5 inch chrome xhp jet wheels with triangle talon 225/35zr19 tyres
intech ohc and supercab stickers removed
series 3 side repeaters
tinted tail lights
black grill
tailgate resprayed and badges rearranged (see pics)
20% tint
headlight bezels painted matte black

Interior:
momo leather gear knob
chrome gear surround
xr clock
white led guages
pioneer mp3/usb/ipod deck
response precision 760 watt 4 channel amp powering front speakers and sub
clarion front 5x7's
venom rear 6x9's
response precision 250watt dual voice coil sub

Engine/gearbox/brakes:
Electronic shift kit
fram air hog panel filter
home made CAI (hole in airbox and air deflector plate infront of snorkel)
painted rocker cover
RDA slotted rotors and green stuff pads all round

Future mods:
fairmont door trims and electric windows (sitting in shed)
catback exhaust and eventually extractors
lowered
ba xr6t snorkel
aluminium tray (next month or so)
cam

no other real performance mods yet, until its paid off.

nice ute mate, would really stand out if you put a au2/3 or ba xr6 front end on with side skirts and lowered..with a hard top :)

Cheers guys, yea the ute will be getting lowered soon after the tray goes on .And in a year or so ill be getting a T series front bumper , boss bonnet and ba pursuit side skirts. Cheers ash, the rocker cover was a spur of the moment thing, it only took me about 2 hours including drying time. i think it looks good 2, your definately right about the amount of backyard mods to do, thats why i like it so much. The au's definately dont get as much credit as they deserve.

Yeah that rocker cover looks awesome. Rims are good too, will look great once lowered.

Not sure if it is just the lighting, but if you want the tail lights shinier get some wet and dry (think I used about 800 in the past) and using it wet sand back, then do a gloss clear coat over the top. You might wanna do another coat of tint before sanding it back though to compensate for the sanding.

cheers mate, i did think of redoin the tail lights but im getting a aluminium tray so ill be gettin some led lights for thet.
