Hi and welcome to Fordmods.
LPG cars usually are a bit down on power compared to petrol. Not a lot but it is noticeable. It will cost you between $2000 and $2500 depending on who you get to install it. The government rebate is now down to $1750, but will drop again soon. Look up the Yellow Pages for LPG installers and ring around for some quotes. BenJ

That's a rather expansive question. Assuming you are going to be running dual fuel and a stock engine you will notice a loss in power. Depending on the set up/quality of tune will depend on economy/power.
My opinion on the matter is to go either straight gas or petrol; dual fuel really is the worst of both world's as you end up with compression that is too low for optimum use on gas and (unless you go injected) a massive restriction on your intake for petrol, plus a tune that is optimum for neither. If you have s**t fuel economy you would be better off checking your current tune/fuel/ignition system.
