Hey everyone,

Just looking for some suggestions on a decent brake set up for an Au XR6 III, Sick of warping rotors, brake shutter after 3 months

Is the car an auto or a manual????............auto's make you use the brakes a lot.

I run DBA slotted on front & rear of my EL and with the addition of EBC Greenstuff brake pads, it takes braking to a whole new level.

i want to get some two pistons for my fronts instead of the stock. Is this a straight swap with 235/17's ? set me back a couple hundred ??

You might be able to pick up calipers for a couple of hundred, but I don't think they will fit on the stocko size disk without altering the adaptors.

As for fitting under your rim, should fit pretty easily although if you changed rotor size this could change. You would be best off trying to snag any au2-3 brake system of a better variety second hand.
