Hi There i was wondeirng if it was possible to replace a whole sill on a ED falcon? as i have rust in my right hand sill and i thought it may be cheaper if it was replaced?

I jst did this to both sides, it easy , but I used plain steel to redo the sills. Rather then Using factory shape one. But I had side skirts to cover them.
So if your keeping the factory look, then try to get a sill from a wreaked EA-ED and re weld. |

Yeah get a cut of some sort remove the skin and then test your welding skills and replace the skin once you have cleaned and rust killed the affected areas.

Just gotta be careful with the spot welding, Sill's are a little thin for a constint weld.
