Hello all,
Probably get drilled as no doubt this has been covered before... None the less... For someone who is wiser than me... An EA diff will fit in an ED yes? As long as I use my trailing arms (both or just one set) as something is a different length yes? And is this the same with EF and EL diff's? And an NC (not familiar with the N series, so not sure which model this coincides with?) Thanks, Tim

Thanks, Tim an ea diff can go into a ed.. but the ed lower trailing arms bushes are different widths, ed has a wider bush.. so you can use ea lower arms and fit a spacer on the bush where the arm mounts to the body. also you need to change the diff flange over to the ed one or use the ea tail shaft.. |

Whats the go with ABS? I have a EB diff with no ABS to go into a ED with ABS, how hard will it be to put the ABS stuff on the EB diff?

The ABS rear axles have a tone wheel...and the caliper mounts have holes and a thread for the ABS sensor to bolt to.
