Hi guys

I've just finished putting my AU engine/T5 into my ED, I'm about ready to wire it up, but what I am doing is using an AU EEC to run the engine and leaving the ED EEC in place.

I've got a full AU engine bay wiring loom that I have cut all the dead s**t out of (air con,ABS,headlights ect) but I just want to make sure I haven't missed anything.

To run, the EEC requires

Keep alive power
Case ground
Ignition power
Gound
Smartlock signal (I have a J3 for this)
and all engine sensors/injectors/coil (I have not modified the manifold loom)

But I have a wire labled EEI Engine enable input and also I have a big red wire that connects to the dash loom that runs straight to the manifold loom that I'm not sure of eather! would anyne know what these are/do?

I tested it on the ground, I connected the looms up to the EEC, I gave it Keep alive power and ground, I put the ignition wire on the battery and the EEC realy clicks in but should the fuel pump relay click it for a few seconds (prime) ?

Cheers!
