Me, the clown, on another thread wrote: Ahhh - Bugger money - I've just found out that a couple of the T-56 short shifters I've been selling on TradeMe don't fit the Commodore VE's T-56 version 3 because of the external linkages or how GM have re-arranged the shifter position in the cabin... So, there's going to be people totally p****d and returning them and I've even paid for two more too! Bugger me, I'm going to be stuck with the damn things... Crikey bloody d**k... Hey there, I am a clown. I sold a couple of these to Commodore VE owners, but they will not fit as something is different where the damn shifter goes in... Am still waiting for photos to turn up, but I believe the guy when he tells me it's a wasted effort... Can you T-56 owners out in Ford land please have a close look at these pictures and tell me what you think? I know they fit the Mustangs T-56 in the Cobra R 2000 and the Mustangs in more recent years (2004 - 2007 or something) but what can you tell me about the Aussie Ford T-56's in case I am missing something vitally important here? The guy asked me if I had a T-56 one after seeing the adverts for the T-5 one, I bought a couple of T-56 ones at others requests and now they ain't fitting their bloody Commodores. Bugger it. It doesn't just rain, it pours alright. Groan. Last edited by fiend on Tue Nov 03, 2009 1:05 pm, edited 1 time in total. |
