Hey guys, i want to replace my rear 60/40 seat with a later model that had the thing that folds down. Is it a simple bolt in job or drilling required.

Any model in the e-series will fit except Fairlane, unless you want to rework the bolsters.
Sedan into sedan, wagon into wagon.

SWB into SWB, LWB into LWB Wagon and LWB models are all interchangeable as far as I'm aware.

SWB = short wheel base = sedans
LWB = long wheel base = wagons & fairlanes/LTD's etc...
