hey guys i changed my rocker cover only to find out that where you put the vacuum hose onto is broken and i would like to know how to remove it and swap it with the old one.
any help and advice is greatly appreciated thanks

Is the PCV Valve gromet as hard as a rock????.......if so, remove the rocker cover, and use a long, small, sharpened, flat blade screwdriver and use it as a chiesel on the inside to get the PCV Valve & gromet out, fit new gromet & PCV Valve.

got the broken one out but destroyed the rubber around it and the good one is no easier to get out, i think ill just go get a new one from sum where

thanks XR-Lane i dont know why that wanker posted coz i thought it was just a waste of time as it is everything but helpful, i would like to see him get it out in one piece.
and yeah i didnt know what it was called so i put up pictures to help people help me haha but yes its being a pain in the a**
