Sounds like either your balancer is rooted... Or the p/s pump rooted (ie pully moving in and out)
Or worst case, considering it only happens when you thrash it, you have some pretty decent crank end play and its causing the belt to jump off. |

Engine mounts. I had the same thing. I could drive it around for a week normally, as soon as i drop the clutch at like 5 grand, cya belts. And they are usually fkd after they come off and get torn in the fan. Took it to the mechanic and my left hand engine mount was snapped.
