These "dim" lights & the ones on the back are known as "parkers" or "park lamps"... they have their own fuse too. Check the fuse... it may have blown with the other one!?

Apart from peice of mind, that does nothing. Just check every fuse, if its broken in the middle replace it, then it does something. They cost barely anything so small change can afford them. I think I paid $1 for a pack of 5 for 10A fuses the other night.

Even if your stuck and desperate a servo will charge about a dollar each.
