well sparkie found the problem! took only 5 min, the altanator is draining the battery, not shutting off, he un pluged it and the current draw stoped it was drawing 3 amps when car was turned off, bloody cars! and he not charge me to dignose yay

yeah it had me stumped, saved me going grey! a fresh set of eyes on problems can help sometimes.
