I am insterested in buying an electronic shiftkit (http://www.shiftkits.com.au , but im not too sure if they really do the job. If i was to buy one , i would be the fully adjustable one. Have any of you guys bought 1 because i would like your feedback on them.
Cheers

How many times does this question have to be asked? Yes they work, no theyre not s**t, yes they spin the wheels on gearchanges and no they dont f**k your car up.
This is a thread I made with all wiring diagrams, simplified and added an on LED and a potentiometre. It was literally on the same page you posted this.

I didnt link you to that so you could make one (figured you would be too stupid) , I linked you to that because Ive already answered all the questions you would have then asked. When youve been here a while, then you too will be annoyed when a new thread gets started up every f**k day about f**k shift kits asking the same f**k questions that have been answered thousands of f**k times before. Did the title "Shift Kit Info Compiled" not say to you "Hey, theres a thread with all the shift kit information compiled into 1 thread, hey, lets read that first!OMGLOLLMFAOROFL$$%^^^@#@$^%^^^@$^"?

yeah gday, welcome to the forum.

Shift Kits come up once every fortnight, so yes, we are sick of the question.

Around town I find they're a pain in the a** cause they klunk you into 2nd gear (unless You have an adjustable), but on the highway they are freeeking cool.

You could be eyeing a turbo or hotted up car in the lane next to you: you punch the throttle and you are gone! It will grab that gear so quick that your head will hit the headrest.

If you dont have other mods, you would be wise to then back out and smile, because shiftkits are a surprise factor (fun mod).

On the 1/4 mile, prolly worth about 2 or 3 tenths of a second.

Seeing your other posts, check out the six cyl mod guide StickY and (research/learn) from that.

have fun.

thing is, he is right.

1. you asked the question in the wrong forum. (drive line related questions belong in the driveline section, regardless of what engine is bolted to the front of your gearbox.)

2. you asked a question that has been covered 50 000 times before, the first threads started about5 or 6 years agop when these kits first appeared.

3. there is already a shiftkit thread with in the first page of this forum. you should have read it.

4. if you take the time to read the stickies, you won't have to ask these questions.

5. the search function on this site WORKS.
