hey guys, i bought a spigot bearing for my manual conversion, although it doesnt look right to me. it looks 'different' to the one in the manual conversion doco, can some one confirm if this looks right? sorry about the picture quality. Also if it is right, which side goes towards the crank and which side is to the bellhousing? it sort of sits in the fly wheel with about 5mm gap around the centre hole (not sure if this matters) sux not being able to compare to anything.

thanks!!

Yep, OEM

Ford Part Number: D4DZ 7600A cost's around $32 rrp

Only goes in one way. (check out faces out)

Has to be driven 'home' inside the crank, don't worry about the flywheel.

I didn't get mine from ford. No idea what the difference is with part numbers. So the side with machined edges is to the crank? Cheers

OK, I found out the difference, .....sort of....it's for an F series V8, and XE with EFI I6.
