How many amps is your alternator running atm? 70,75,85?
Some guys have upgraded to ef/el alternator 120

its a ebll so i think 70 amp but i am currently running thermo fans and a fair size sound system

it might not hurt to upgrade to a serpentine belt setup too. the 3 rib belt only just drives the standard alty, let alone a bigger one.

he jon im running pretty much same setup as u lol large sound system t fill up al that boot space and the el thermos i have noticed that if a sit in traffic with the sound up battery drops to like 12 on the gauge i was thinking bout a dual battery system and running the sound of that. maybe thats ur answer? if u do get any info bouta larger alt. that runs of our crappy tiny belts let us know

the best that i have come up with sofar is the bosch 85amp alt, but looking in to the ef el
out of the ef el which one had the lower amp alternator?
