righto guys. me missus crashed me BA a few weeks back and now its in my shed completly stripped getting a whole new colour change n a few things done. does anyone know where i can buy a sunroof kit? has anyone smoothed the doors and front fender where the bump strip goes? and are the fibreglass bodykits any good or is there a better product at a resonable price? and the side indicators, can i just delete these or do i have to move them? any picks of some shaved ba/bf's would be great

That's actually pretty nice...smooth doors that is. Don't like the colour code or the tail lights...boot seems too smooth, needs a bit of something to break it up. That car would be sexy in black with those rims.

BTW chris.knoles, fibreglass kits are pretty good for what they are. They are easy to work with, easy to fix, if something happens and also easy to modify to your liking if you know how to work with fibreglass. If you get plastic kits it might be a bit more difficult...I believe plastic welding is harder then fibreglassing.

Arm79 might be able to help you out with the sunroof, he got one installed in his Force6.

Do you have a Sunroof City/Roof Rack City in you state? I know is SA, and they can install a factory style sunroof for about $2500. That also includes retriming you interior roof.

are they're anyother shaved b series out there, ive seen this one everywhere. i love the doors, am thinking bout bf gtp or F6 kit for my car with djr boot lip. i've got the door smoothing down pat, gave it a rough quick coat of a black paint with a blue pearl in it and am very happy with the results.

righto now the door poppers, does anyone know how to do these? the ones on exrlnce look as if they would leak water into the door?

does anyone know what to tell the people at the spring place how low to reset my XR springs? 100mm lower would look cool as hell but i dont have a standard xr falcon to measure up against so am guessing a little bit? i dun care how much it scrapes

anyone know if i can get the mirrors with indicators in them or do i have to have a go at makin them?
as a rule i pay no one to mod my car so any tech advise would be appreciated

your seal along the lower outside of the door windows is pretty much designed to leak... the sound deadening in the doors is also to keep the water out so if the thing to open the doors leaked it wouldnt really be a problem.. if your considering doing your sunroof yourself check out BenJs wagon build in "the Garage" somewhere towards the end of it he installed a sunroof diy... with the side indicators you'll need to move them to you mirror as they are a raodworthy item...

Cheers Cam
