I have just swapped motors in my EF, it now has a lower km EL motor in it.
The EF motor has a R1 cam in it and I have a R6 cam sitting here.
I have no specs on either of these cams and not sure what 1 to fit in the newer motor....

both wiit and both will run on an auto without an edit, that was the design, the R6 has a longer duration and is a bit tighter on the LSA, both make good power, The R6 would also make a pretty good turbo grind. the R1 is just a bit bigger than an EL XR6 cam, touch higher lift and longer duration, that all.

I can get the specs if your really keen.

Might have to give the R6 a run.
I am interested in more info on these cams.
The car has a chip and also is dual fuel.
