Having problems with oil pressure in my missus NF Fairlane 5L. When it drops there is no knocking or anyhting so im pretty sure its just the sender playing up but apparently they only list a switch for them not a sender unit. So my first question is: considering it has an Oil Pressure Gauge am i right in saying it would have a vacume line on the switch to be able to show pressure?
And my second question is: Does anyone know where it is mounted on the engine? Thanks. |

No vacuum line, just two wires.
Its on the passenger side of the motor, just behind the timing cover, a couple of inches above the sump.
