would a 38mm hd 3 row radiator keep ed fords with viscous fans cooler in summer?

with the thermostat will it matter if you drill a hole in oneside or take out the pin so its just the hole and drill annother smaller hole in thother side too?

will a bigger transmission cooler in a auto model help keep it cooler?

will the heater work better with a 88 or 89 degree thermostat than a 82 degree thermostat? ifso how much warmer will the heater be in winter?

will it be more efficient with a 89 degree thermostat than a 82 degree thermostat?

whats usually the causes of the ed model heating up to atleast 3/4 A L in the sports dashes in the ed model in summer idling with the ac but settle to half or less driving long

1) the stock rad has the ability to keep the engine cooler then the thermostat will allow.

2)generally it wont hurt

3)bit of a no brainer

4) it wouldn't matter either way.

hi quick question, when the fan clutch gets a bit nosier as the coolant get warmer as you take off is a fan clutch still the cause for getting hot in traffic or idling with the aircon on only in summer 30+ deg weather but be fine in winter or is t normally the radiator

why not just convert it to use ef thermo fans???

If your viscous fan is noisy it means it is working, when they are in good working order they wont give any problems with overheating, if it does get hot at all you have some issues
I went from a brand new viscous fan to el thermos and there is no difference in the temps before or after, for what you pay for a new hub you may as well get thermos though because i picked up 3 tenths at the strip just from converting to thermos.

does a new radiator and 91 degree thermostat normally fix the above question that people have in their cars

DUDE YOU NEED A NEW VISCOUS FAN HUB- THATS IT FOR NOW.
THE GUYS TELLING YOU THIS DO KNOW THEIR STUFF.
iF YOUR CAR GETS HOT SITTING STILL BUT NOT DRIVING ITS THE FAN HUB BECAUSE THE ONLY THING MOVING AIR OVER THE RAD WHEN THE CAR ISNT, IS THE FAN.

A hotter thermostat can help in some cases.
A blocked radiator or fan clutch is your issue.
