just wondering how hard or what has to be done to put climate controll into my el gli?? would it be wirth it?

Its easy for some.
The entire dash needs to come out. You need to swap Dash looms. You need to install all the climate control goodies onto the GLi heaterbox. No the Heaterbox doesn't need to be changed. No you do not need to discharge the AC. Yes it is worth doing so. Only down side I've found is you cant run recirc without the AC on and you can't have Heat on Auto without the AC on. Both are used to control climate, however its a Luxury, at fuel expense. Use the Search, There's plenty of write ups. So No, you cant just slap in the push button controls. Also its easier if your car has ABS brakes already, otherwise u need to run a couple of daggy wires to the bumper for the Ambient sensor.
