owned one and known problems...............

diff - become loose and tend to need to be re built.
Brake shudder - replace rotors, pads - or machine them
6 stacker jam's cd's
door acutactors fail - replace them if they break
mine was a 5spd and handled 300rwkw fine
turbo manifold stud's & bolts come loose, replace with cone locks

looking for rubber in the rear wheel arches. check the spare tyre, look for purple in the rotors showing quick heat cycle's ( hard breaking ) listen for loud turbo bearings. and just the normal other things ;)

but every turbo has hard some form of hard work. why else would you buy a powerful car?????

thank you lil_lilcon for that remark about you having had a 5spd and it handled 300rwkw easy.
it gets very repetitive for a 5spd owner when you constantly hear people bagging the 5spd gearboxes on this forum.
