Hey guys just wondering how severe a problem the door hinge rust is on the xd's and how hard is it to repair. Also rust on the firewall how hard would that be to fix up??

Not easy...involves welding braces inplace to stop body moving while replacing sections....removal of guards, bonnet, doors, dash assembly, wiring, seats & carpet, front windscreen.....its a big job.
Also there will be rust under the plenumn.....water leaks onto floor.

hmmm that sounds like fun oh well looks like ill be trying to find someone with a welder
