hi all, the seat height adjuster just s**t itself in my xr6, i have another one in my parts car that is in good condition but i cant work out how to get the mechanisms of the seats and i dont wonna get all excited and try pry it off and break anythin. so anyone who knows how to pull them off could you tell me cos i am really stumped here.
