gday all wanting to know what would happen if i put the ecu out of my ncII smartlock i6 auto into my ea (guesing series 2 as it is i6 mpfi 4spd) spac i want to change over power windows and trip computer so on......
im not sure how the smartlock effects this or if it will even run the car i am planning on converting my ea to duel fuel and the fairlane ecu already is so the tunes wont have to programmed (?) into the ea ecu.
pretty much what im asking is what "mod cons" will i lose and is it worth it? or can i still have trip meter and power windows im not worried about cruise control or climate control also the ea is non abs im led to beleive the nc abs unit is seperate so i guess that wont effect things also been consideringf the digital cluster

i have searches all day and havent found anything of use
