changed engine in the EF fairmont... just wondering does the computer need to be re done to the new engine ..( as i was told lol not sure so yer...)cheers

was it a straight engine swap or a rebuilt engine? if its a rebuilt engine then its more important to observe the correct run in procedure, if it just an exchange motor, the ECU will relearn itself over your normal driving.

straight swap 2nd hand engine soz shouldve said that ... from 1 to the other ..(knows motors good lol:) drove it before pulling it out
