Hi All,

EL Ghia Climate Control - when accelerating, no matter what mode is displayed on the screen, it goes to windscreen...when decelerating it goes back to whatever mode was displayed. Can't help think it is a vacuum inspired problem - has anyone had symptoms like this with their EF / EL Climate setups ?

Also noticed less braking performance when cruising slowly with fan speed up say to 5 onwards. Dodgy booster perhaps - I am thinking vac related again.

Any help appreciated :)

Steve

Is it seeing boost instead of vacuum, maybe fit a one way valve to stop the cc seeing boost?. It gets the signal from the manifold to operate, so it could be the problem.

My thoughts with this - thanks for the confirmation...I knew commos had these one-way valves...didn't know ours had them too.

Shall look into new one :)
