Hi guys,

need some expertise. Spent most of today looking at some xr6turbos deciding what to buy.
At the end of it all, i am lost. Below are the links to both xr6s for sale that im looking at.

One is a 02 model with 80xxxx on it and another which is 06 with 140xxx on the clock.

being a noob to turbo's i would take the older with less km's but i dunno if i should. The newer one comes with the newer engine build and seq 6 speed auto.

so what do i do? go with the older with less km's or newer with more km's...

{DESCRIPTION}

thanks

The BF will be better all round. So as long as it's been properly maintained (check for logbooks, receipts etc.) I'd pick it.

Some of the major points...
- better bottom end (starting in BF, the XR6T's got the same engine as the F6, only difference, is the cooler and factory tune)
- BF better build quality
- ZF6 is a much better box

An '02 BA is really early, so in the following 6 years of life of the B series many improvements and fixes were made. The '06 (depending in month) will be a BF or BF MkII there wasn't many changes in the XR between MkI and MkII, there was a mild face lift (new body kit) for the so called (but not officially) MkIII XRs.

Nooooooooooooo

May as well stick some Donut King signage on the car. You'll get pulled over just as often.

That's fairly normal. Some do, some don't.
