I have a R6 cam here (yet to buy verneer) and are after info on whar angle to set it to.
Car is an EF auto.
If I cant get the info I need, I will just refit the R1 cam that I also have.

if you've got no vernier just install it as is, skipping teeth on the cam gear to change cam timing is a messy way of doing it!

I will be getting the vernier pior to fitting the R6.

ahh okay, misunderstood your post, sorry.
i'd install it at zero and fire one of the Jays RPD boys a PM, try and find out what intake lift @ TDC they had it specced too.
not hard to do cam timing at a later date.

I'll contact Jaysen and find out the settings for you. Should have an answer by the end of the weekend for you. I have a feeling it was something like 3 degree before TDC, but I could be wrong.

Jaysen pretty much is living in the garage and not using the net these days.

OK, TDC should be when intake is open 40 thou, your probably looking for about 3 degrees adv. but measure it properly.
