i rang to order ultra lows for it today, looking for 50mm or so lower, but apparently the lowest you can go is 30mm,or else it rides on the bumpstops.

I just put SSL (Ultra/SSL = Same) on my BA rear, and SL in the front. The SSL does ride on the rear bump stops, so we just cut the end off the bumpstop with a jigsaw... not the tool of choice, but it did the job. I have the shorterned bump stops in the front so no issue there.
Hopefull changing Shocks aswell!?

What model BF you got? regular, XR, FPV?

30mm is about as far as you want to go on a XR or FPV. More and you start pushing the limits of the CV joints in the tail shaft and half shafts.

Hope you're not one of those idiots who want a car so low, that it skips and jumps across the road, loosing any handling advantage a proper lowering spring/shock combo may have given.

Don't shorten the stock bump stops. They're actually there for a reason - they form part of the spring rate - which is why they're so long stock.

Get shorter bump stops, they keep doing the same job for lower heights. SuperPro do a set.

Thanks for that... i had planned on getting a set of shorter, ones. Probably should have mentioned it is a temp solution on the rears. I have the short ones on the front :)

I put mine on super lows all over, two months later cut a coil and a half out of the front springs and compressed the rear springs another 40mm. sits very very low but is still ok to drive just have watch speed bumps and tyres hitting the front guards while turned out if you hit a curb too fast
