I am looking for someone reputable to supply and fit a pritty good alram system!

This is what I want:

Would like 3 point immobilisation, alarm with backup, code hopping, central locking, couple impact sensors , touch sensors if possible (or are these just really senstive knock sensors?) 2 way paging system.

Not sure how much I want to spend....just want car to be safe...any recommendations for people to do this in sydney?

You can get good Rhino deals being an FM member, I have the Rhino RA and it's excellent. However, if you're after a 2 way pager alarm (which doesn't go very far) then you'll have to go the model up.. For installation, just call Rhino and they outsource their own man for their work - top bloke.
