ashcook wrote: Very good mate!! When do you pick it up? Or have you already? I'd say the next time Minismurf is up this way he'll drop in to look. Looks very much like his but in a wagon of course. Is there anything it needs done? Pick it up this weekend. It's in Sydney. Lady owner, 197K's. They say it's in good mechanical condition and needs nothing done, but for $1k and six weeks rego, I don't expect too much. The pink slip at least gives me a little confidence to drive it home. Let you know what it's like once I get it home.

Yeah mate, I think you're right. I have seen them sell for more than double that with more k's, so I think I scored me a bargain
The owner said they were surprised at how quickly it sold. They did start the bidding at $600, but with a $1k but it now price, I wasn't taking chances. I have lost a couple that way and I think the asking price is quite reasonable. They didn't even have a chance to get the pink slip done, but because they had it in the listing, I am holding them to it. I pick it up either Friday night or Saturday morning, so hopefully you don't get a call from me, asking you to bring the trailer half way down the F3

Pick up the wagon tomorrow arvo.
As such, I will be selling a lot of gear soon including LTD rear garnish for DC, or NC if somebody wants to go down the LTD mock-up path as I did. Leather seats and door cards. And the NA sportsman. Ran out of rego on 20th December 09. Only thing that needs to be done for rego is to replace the gearbox, and I just happen to have one here which I bought from BenJ from his wagon. I could throw the LTD leather interior into the NA for the right price Just throwing it out there as it has until 20th March to get a pink slip done before the dreaded Blue slip is required. I will post up a For Sale thread once I get the wagon sorted, but if it doesn't sell, I will either keep it for a future project or part it out. NA Build thread viewtopic.php?f=53&t=75772
