TI Performance (tiperformance.com.au) do standard chips (GLi, XR6, etc) ready for tuning by your local tuning shop or for tuning yourself. They also do a custom-tuned chip based on your specific mods and ideally using a dyno plot showing existing AFR. At $200 for the chip and about $100 for the dyno run, these are ridiculously cheap and work amazingly well. You could easily pay over $1000 for a Chiptorque or Unichip with a custom dyno tune. I just had mine done, and am extremely pleased with it - best mod I ever did. It's never going to be as perfect a tune as you can get spending half a day or more on a dyno, but based on their experience they can get reasonably close, and for a fraction of the cost.
