Now the system only got serviced September New Coolant Hoses, even water pump is newish, But im not to sure if the Cap is the correct cap, its Rated at 110 Kpa and therubber seal init is abit squeeshed but not destroyed, its only about a year old I have no clutch fan I have twin thermos they come in at 85 shut off at 80. If anyone can help cheers.

THanks alot.

Have you tried changing the Radiator Cap? might also be the Thermostat.

Rob,

what temp is your Thermostat rated at? Your fans should cut in at 93 and off at 88. Try a new Radiator cap.

Lil_Lincoln, it isn't headgasket, it has an AU MLS gasket, and an ED head.

that still dont mean it wont or hasnt blown a head gasket...
mls gaskets can still fail.. just not as common as the composite gasket..
but still beter to check the basics first!!

The headgasket has been on the car for under 2yrs, it was a fresh head then too,

Sounds like the head gasket is gone, check your oil for water signs and if you wanted you could always take your spark plugs out and get some one to turn the motor over and see if any water comes out of the spark plug holes.

what about the fuel, the injectors will still be firing and it would be hard to tell if its fuel or water flying out the plug holes

Caps fail over time, cheapest item to replace.
