Hey all !
Ive been driving around for the past week now and the coolant in the system has been coming out the over boil and have had to top it up twice. Now the system only got serviced September New Coolant Hoses, even water pump is newish, But im not to sure if the Cap is the correct cap, its Rated at 110 Kpa and therubber seal init is abit squeeshed but not destroyed, its only about a year old I have no clutch fan I have twin thermos they come in at 85 shut off at 80. If anyone can help cheers. THanks alot. |

Have you tried changing the Radiator Cap? might also be the Thermostat.

If anyone can help cheers. THanks alot. Rob, what temp is your Thermostat rated at? Your fans should cut in at 93 and off at 88. Try a new Radiator cap. Lil_Lincoln, it isn't headgasket, it has an AU MLS gasket, and an ED head.

what's the running temp like? Could be a hairline crack in the head..

The headgasket has been on the car for under 2yrs, it was a fresh head then too,

Sounds like the head gasket is gone, check your oil for water signs and if you wanted you could always take your spark plugs out and get some one to turn the motor over and see if any water comes out of the spark plug holes.

Thanks for all your advice Boys yea I know for sure its not the head so Ill just try a new Cap first. Thermostats new too. sooo... Ill see how I go cheers.

Caps fail over time, cheapest item to replace.
