how blue are you talking? the really blue ones are just wank and definately illegal, and the cheap ones like on ebay can blow easily but if you get some of the "legal" good quality brand ones (phillips, narva ect) (they say they are white yet still have a slight tinge) they do make a difference at night.
I used to hate all those expensive aftermarket ones as well, then all the new range rovers, bmw's, merc/s and especially chrysler 300c started coming out with them and HID's so i thought why should i squint everytime one of them drives past.

fck it.......if you cant beat em...... join em!

you can get the 4000k or 6000k from autobarns etc but these are classified illegal
if your after the legal option go to repco or hudsons and they sell the philps crystal vision which are the brightest legal/blue looking light

Pending on state, But in WA LED parkers are not legal. i had them, got stickered for them, and yeh, not liking them anymore due to the fact they are a little to ricey for me. HID's are awsome IMO but i think your not aloud to put them on unless car came with them???

Yep HID lights although they come out on prestige cars are a defect on Falcons because they dont have the self levelling set up. They look great and give great light but if mr police man wants to be a prick then its a defect
