Can the top pulley on the tensioner be replaced? Its making nice healthy crunching sounds, and I don't want to pay for the whole tensioner....

Yep, Repco or Bursons stock them. $25 each, and they are metal pulleys too.

Thats the one? 76MM? How hard is it to remove off the tensioner?

Three 10mm bolts hold the tensioner on, and I think a 15mm or 16mm bolt hold the pulleys on to the tensioner.

Depending on what length sockets etc you have, you might have to pull the thermo fans out to make it easier.

I have done a few tensioners, never the pulleys. Should be good if it just unbolts.

I found this one too:

Whats the difference? Different bolt size? Both are 76mm, one says idler, one says tensioner. Which is the top? Wouldn't the top just be the idler?
