I have a standard 6cyl motor fitted with Tartarini Inj. gas. It runs on petrol when cold, time determined by gas computer, varies by ambient temperature. When cold on petrol will not accelerate without backfire and just wants to stall, condition lasts for less than few 100M. Gas installer suggested fix by disconnecting the battery to reset car computer. Did this and after reset runs perfectly when cold then slowly deteriorates over a few days. At normal operating temp. runs perfectly on petrol or gas.
It is a pain to extent that I have fitted battery isolator to facilitate reset.
Any thoughts please.
